Diagnostic Intake: $150.00 (75-90 minutes)
Individual Counseling Session: $100.00 (50 minutes)
Family Counseling Session: $150.00 (75-90 minutes)

Thank you for considering Tri-County Counseling Center, LLC for your counseling needs. We offer multiple payment options, including debit, credit, and cash. While we do not currently accept insurance, we are able to accept HSAs and FSAs cards. Additionally, we can provide you with a superbill if you are seeking a percentage of reimbursement from your insurance company. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for a service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected cost that may arise during treatment. You may be charged more if special circumstances occur.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Please notify your therapist via email or voicemail if you wish to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. Notifying your therapist of cancellation or rescheduling an appointment must take place at least 24 business hours before the start of the scheduled session. If you fail to notify the therapist within a timely manner you will be charged the full session fee. Each client will be requested to place a credit and/or debit card on file prior to the appointment. Appointments will not be scheduled and confirmed with out a card on file.
Session Setting
At this time, only virtual sessions are offered. In-person session may be offered at a later date.
